Marvell Yukon disconnect issues
Strange vlsta is, after a reboot it all works fine for anywhere between 10 mins to hrs, then all of a sudden the problems kick in. The only glimmer of hope I can offer is that I had a similar kind of porblem with a Marvell on board card under XP 32 bits. An unacceptable one at that. Besides, there are some suggestions for you: Uninstall the driver currently marvfll then boot your system into Safe Mode with Network, install the most updated one.
I might add that I have only in the last week updated the driver for the network adapter and the problem was still there when I updated it.

The only solution for me was to buy separate nic cards and no more disconnects. In another words, Marvell NIC’s are very cheaply made with zero quality control, and in fact they use refurbished and scrap silicon materials to make their products.
